MANAGING YOUR BUSINESS'S CURRENT & FUTURE FINANCIAL PICTURE

Knowing your company's financial statements is the roadmap to understanding where you have been, where you are and where you are going. The Balance Sheet, Income Statements and/or Cash Flow Statements are critical to the economic success of your business beyond the use in preparing a tax return or for a loan application.

The Balance Sheet is a snapshot of the company's financial position at any given time. The company's assets; what it owns verse the liabilities; what is payable and equity or net worth of your business.

The Income Statement or Profit and Loss Statement reports its profitability. This report shows the income (revenue) and the expenses by account for a given period.

It is highly recommended that careful analysis of costs both before the end of the year and six months later can improve profitability. Therefore, developing and executing a budget that is aligned with the company's business plan yearly will keep you on the right road for a successful business.

We work with companies of all sizes, from start-up and small business to major corporations and not-for-profit organizations.
